1. Big Cats
Lions and tigers were part of Dorothy's "oh my!" for a reason. Sharp claws, powerful paws and big teeth don't fit the kitty image people have when they hear that someone has a pet cat.
2. Alligators
Deadly carnivorous reptiles are not like the harmless salamander your little brother keeps. There are piles of legal work needed that should make you reconsider housing this killer.
3. Scorpions
Emperor scorpions are popular because this species of scorpion has a sting that is only mildly venomous. Your chances of going to the hospital after playing with your pet have decreased.
4. Anacondas
These snakes reach up to 22 feet and 100 pounds. They are not venomous, but cuddling with your snake could be the last thing you do because their "hugs" are their killing method.
5. Black Widow Spiders
Their name is based on their merciless feeding of their partners. Dare to keep it as your pet and pray that they don't listen to Nine Inch Nails', "Bite the Hand that Feeds."
